The South Africa trip continues in Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 4, Episode 13 — “Make It Rain Down in Africa.” After tensions earlier in the trip, the ladies finally get a chance to experience the beauty of the country together.

The group travels to the Shamwari Game Reserve for a safari, where they see wildlife up close and take in the incredible landscape of South Africa. While exploring the reserve, the women even learn some unexpected facts about the environment — including the medicinal uses of elephant dung.

But the most meaningful moment of the episode comes when the ladies visit a local orphanage, where they spend time with the children and reflect on the impact of their trip. The emotional visit shifts the tone of the vacation and leaves many of the women feeling humbled and deeply moved by the experience.

In this episode recap, we break down the rainy safari adventure, the heartfelt orphanage visit, and how the South Africa trip begins to transform the group dynamic.
