The South Africa trip continues in Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 4, Episode 14 — “No Bones About It.” After the emotional orphanage visit, the ladies experience more local culture in Cape Town, visiting a museum and meeting with a traditional herbalist who reads bones, giving the women a glimpse into African spiritual practices.
Later, the group gathers for a pajama party hosted by NeNe Leakes and Marlo Hampton, where the mood turns playful as the women bond over cocktails and candid conversations about relationships and sex. For a moment, it seems like the group might finally be enjoying a drama-free vacation.
But the peace doesn’t last. When Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss make comments about Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Shereé Whitfield takes it upon herself to report back to Kim, setting the stage for tension once the trip ends and the ladies return to Atlanta.
